Assignment 3 - Research Design // Primary Data

INSTRUCTIONS


PRACTICAL

For our Assignment 3, we had to do the following:

Description For this part, the students will be introduced to qualitative research
methods, such as observation studies, interviews, and focus groups, and
quantitative research method, i.e. survey by questionnaires to collect
primary data for their study. All evidence to support data collection is to
be organised well.

Requirements Students are to:

1. Select and justify suitable primary research methods relevant to the
study. A minimum of one method is expected for this assignment.
2. Carry out the research to collect data.
3. Analyse the collected data.

In the PowerPoint slides, place your research design in the following
manner:

a) Recap your research problem, research objective(s) and
question(s)
b) Describe the selected method(s)
c) Justification of methodology (an explanation, supported by literature,
defending your choice of method and how it is relevant to your
research problem)
d) Sampling procedure & data collection method
e) Collected data and analysis of data.

I started off by creating this document where I would write down my recap what I stated in Assignment 1 as well as all the questions I would add into my survey.

Once that was done, I placed all of the questions into a Google Form and sent it out to the people in my course since everybody is sending theirs to each other. I'll provide the link here as well should you want to add towards my collected data, I would much appreciate it if you filled it out so I have more data for the follow-up module. 


Once I collected my data, I compiled and transferred all of my notes into a short slideshow.

Game Art - Final Project: Art Bible

Because this module is connected with Environment Design, I included the drawings that I had made in that module in the slides since they were also Marvel Rivals based. Because my classmate told me that we needed cover art for our art bible, I decided to repurpose my unused splash art that I made for the cover since I did not have enough time to design an entirely new cover just for the art bible.
